McDonald's in Leipzig

The staff is friendly and hard-working, but every time something is missing from our order. And not just a ketchup or majo, no, a whole menu or parts of the menu. Paid, but then not received, that's it now, we won't come back to you. Right now, in times of the Corona, when you have to take your food with you, complaints are not possible or involve even more costs (going back). Service looks different.

Good service. Even if there are many customers, work is done quickly and the dishes are properly prepared. The hygiene concept is also implemented very well.

Best MCD only people could be a little nicer

It is best to pre-order via the app and then pick up is the easiest way. You can also order normally inside, but only through the parking lot entrance or stop mc drive which is not bad either

I am aware that there was a lot going on and something can go wrong, but the order was completely messed up. I ordered a 20 spicy nuggets with sour cream and a McRib menu with curly fries, I got chicken Mc Nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and the mc rib has passed the bbq sauce (which in my opinion makes it stand out). Then french fries instead of curly fries. That was the last time I left my money there. Thanks to the Timme franchise

good food, few parking lots

The one star would actually have to be divided into at least 5 parts to do justice to the location. The pictures and descriptions of the respective citizens promise a lot more than you get. So you get a cardboard citizen roll with a dab of ketchup and another sauce on it, a touch of a cucumber slice and a citizen patty that is mostly cold and tastes like a mixture of sand and charred. If cheese is still involved, it is rarely found on the citizen but rather in the paper in which the citizen is wrapped. So if you want to know how a citizen shouldn't be, I can highly recommend this location.

McDonald raises prices at a pace unnoticed ... It still remains a mess .. there you have exactly 1. € for e coffee and it has always cost 1.29 €, of course ... My memory is not in great shape or What ...

The toilets should be bigger and the branch itself is very small by Leipzig standards :( Otherwise everything is fine, staff and hygiene etc.

Having closed after 11 p.m. on Fridays is very poor for an advertised opening time of 24 hours. Went there the next day and didn't even get the right sauce. Who eats majo with the nuggets ...

Fast and good. This is what we looking for when we want to eat or just drink a coffe.

Polite staff and clean place

The restaurant was completely full. Nobody obeyed the rules of distance. Tables are not cleaned. Toilets are just gross. Food was served cold. The toys were missing at the Happymeal, but were given them when asked. We were here for the last time.

The first impression was disastrous. The tables were so dirty that we first went out and got wet wipes and cleaned them. Not only was it our table, the others were dirty too. We sat at table number 5. During our stay, there was not a single disinfection or wiping, nor was the self-service display cleaned. Especially in times of Corona that doesn't work. We actually decided to visit Mc Donalds because we thought that extra attention was paid to cleanliness and hygiene. Incidentally, it should also be mentioned that the burger and the fries were lukewarm to cold. So I can only advise against this McDonald's.

In itself a great branch, but if you order something that is not part of the standard products (e.g. Signature Collection) you should rather check three times whether the burger has EVERYTHING on it. The last few times there was always a slice of meat or something similar. absent.

A super thing of these McDonald’s with the 24 hour Mc Drive. There was a very nimble and capable employee at the order acceptance desk tonight, everything went really quickly, the burgers were warm and fresh and everything went quickly with no missing products. The service staff was very nice, everything was good here ?

The bacon mcmuffin specifically ordered without the egg turned out not so hot. After waiting approx 5mn, I had to notice it was sitting on a tray rather than being brought attention to it. Several hours later I had diarrhea.
